Early Use
You can start using our bicycles between 6:30 am to 8:30 am.
- We close our reception between 8:31 am to 8:59 am for a staff meeting. After 8:30 am, we open again at 9 am.

Late Return
You can prolong the using time until night time.

Return at Your Hotel
You can return bicycles at your hotel. This option is available at any accommodations which have a parking lot for bicycles.
- We can pick up your bicycles only at a hotel which has a parking lot. If you would like to finish your trip at your hotel, please check in advance whether your hotel has a parking space or not.
- We are afraid that we might not be able to pick up your bicycles at suburban area when it’s a busy season.
- The area for pick-up option is south from Kitaoji Street, north from Meishin highway, and east from Arashiyama. Please refer to the map below for more details.
- If you use DELIVERY team, The fee of returning at your hotel is included in Delivery fee (¥1,000).

Return at Other Branch
You can return your bicycles at the other branch shops. Bicycles of FLAGSHIP can be returned at SHIJO KARASUMA. Bicycles of SHIJO KARASUMA can be returned at FLAGSHIP.
- If you use DELIVERY team, The fee for returning at FLAGSHIP and SHIJO KARASUMA is included in Delivery fee (¥1,000).

Luggage Delivery
You can leave your luggage at our shops and we can send it to your hotel by 6 pm.
- You can choose this option until noon.
- Please feel free to ask us for more details since the available area is limited.
- This option is available only from FLAGSHIP to your accommodation. If you want your luggage to be delivered from your accommodation, please ask Delivery service Co., Ltd.

Luggage Storage
We can keep your luggage at our shops while your are using bicycles.
