Compensation for Flat Tire
In case you have a puncture during your trip, we deliver an alternative bicycle or pay the cost of repairs for you.
- If you have a puncture, kindly contact us first.
- If you are near our shop, we will deliver an alternative bicycle. If you are far away, please repair your bicycle at a closest bicycle store. When you return to our shop, we will bear repair costs up to 1,000 yen.
- It might be necessary to change the tube as well if you continue riding the bicycle with a flat tire. In that case, you need to bear all the cost, which would be about 3,000 yen.

Insurance for Body Injury and Property Damage Liability
The charge for bicycle includes the insurance for the body injury and property damage liability.
- When accidents happen, please give priority to rescue of injured persons and notification to police, please contact us afterwards.
- The insurance will be applied in the range up to 100,000,000 yen after inspection by the insurance company.
- It will be applied with 50,000 yen deductible.
- It doesn’t cover an out-of-court settlement negotiation.
