Reservation Rules
- You can start making a reservation as early as 30 days before you would like to use bicycles.
- You can rent bicycles without making a reservation if there is availability of the bikes when you come to our shop.
- Reservations can only be made through our online booking systems.
- We DO NOT accept any reservation request through emails (Emails are only for inquiries).
- Reservations close 2 days before the date you wish to start our bicycle trip.
- Please directly visit our shop by 5pm if you would like to make a reservation for tomorrow. (This is the only way you can make a reservation for tomorrow).
- With the reasons above, we are afraid we cannot accept any booking request, which are made selecting the date “2 days later” but stating you want to rent tomorrow.
- Please understand this is for keeping reservation process work smoothly and enabling us to respond to customers as quickly as we can.
